What ShotList Does

ShotList uses AI to analyze real estate photos. You upload photos, we run them through AI, and you get back room labels, quality scores, captions, and recommendations.

Your Account

You need an account to use ShotList. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — don't share accounts or create multiple accounts.

Your Photos

• You own your photos. Uploading them to ShotList doesn't change that.
• You grant us a limited license to process and store your photos for the purpose of providing the service.
• Don't upload photos you don't have the right to use.

AI Analysis Accuracy

Our AI analysis is a tool, not a guarantee. The AI may occasionally mislabel a room, miss a feature, or generate an imperfect caption.

You should review all AI-generated content before using it in listings or reports. ShotList is not liable for inaccuracies in AI analysis.

Data Retention

• Session data is kept for 90 days.
• You can delete your sessions and photos at any time.
• Account data is kept until you request deletion.

Acceptable Use

Don't:

• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to break, hack, or abuse the service
• Use automated tools to bulk-create sessions
• Resell the service without permission

Limitation of Liability

ShotList is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we're not liable for downtime, data loss, or AI inaccuracies.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of ShotList means you accept the updated terms.
